Worker Websites is a service of Laguna Foundry, located at 350 Forest Ave, Suite 16, Laguna Beach, CA 92652.

Information we collect

When you book a demo, contact us, become a customer, or communicate with us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, appointment details, messages, service needs, and information you choose to provide. Our appointment form is provided through LeadConnector by HighLevel and loads on the contact page so you can request a meeting.

We keep a minimized record of cookie choices, including a random consent identifier, category settings, Global Privacy Control status, policy version, and server time. Consent receipts do not include page paths, referrers, IP addresses, full browser identifiers, booking details, or form contents.

OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, request logs, device signals, and security events to deliver and protect the site.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, schedule demonstrations, provide and support services, communicate about an existing relationship, protect the site, remember privacy choices, understand aggregate request-level performance, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosures

We use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, security, database storage, and edge or Worker request analytics. We use HighLevel and LeadConnector for appointment scheduling and customer communications. The requested scheduler uses operational session and attribution endpoints, booking analytics, approximate geolocation, Google reCAPTCHA, Google-hosted interface fonts, and provider security technologies. These providers process information for us under their applicable terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

We do not sell personal information and do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No optional site-wide browser analytics, advertising, remarketing, or social-media pixel is currently configured. The LeadConnector scheduler currently downloads Meta's fbevents.js library, but its returned configuration contains no Meta Pixel ID or event initialization. Our review observed no Meta tracking request or _fbp cookie. We will not intentionally configure a Meta or other advertising pixel in that scheduler without a new privacy review and Marketing consent.

Cookies, core services, and optional technologies

The host-only lf_consent cookie remembers your choices for 180 days. Cloudflare security and edge request processing, self-hosted fonts, core media, contact links, and the requested appointment form may operate before an optional-cookie choice. The appointment form's operational provider activity is described above and in the Cookie Policy. Optional Functional, Analytics, and Marketing technologies stay off until selected. Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control. When a recognized GPC signal is active, Marketing and any sale or sharing technologies remain off and cannot be enabled through the preferences dialog.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry, appointment, customer, and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Consent receipts are pruned after 24 months. Provider security and operational logs follow provider retention settings and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

California privacy rights

California residents may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of covered personal information, to learn about categories collected and disclosed, and to opt out of any future sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We may need to verify a request, and an authorized agent may submit a request with evidence of authority.
