04 · Survey first. Then ask.

Find out how the customer feels before you ask for the review.

After a finished job, survey the customer first. When they are fully satisfied, make it easy to leave a public review. If something is wrong, send the feedback to your team so you can follow up.

THE STRAIGHT TAKE

Happy customers should have an easy path to review you. Customers with a concern should have an easy path back to your team.

Why this exists

Do not guess whether the customer is ready to recommend you.

A short satisfaction survey tells you whether the job landed well. Fully satisfied customers can move on to the review request. A concern comes back to your team while there is still time to address it.

What this looks like

Ask first. Then show the five-star customer where to review you.

The funnel starts on your survey system. A five-star response opens the public review request on a real site. Lower ratings stay in the feedback workflow so your team can follow up.

01 · Customer survey

Ask how the job went on your own survey.

After the job is marked complete, the customer gets one clear satisfaction question in the survey system we set up for you.

  • One simple question
  • Five clear rating choices

02 · Five-star response

Five stars unlock the public review request.

When the customer says the experience was five-star, the next screen asks whether they will share that experience publicly.

  • Five-star answer recognized
  • Clear next step
  • No prewritten review

03 · Real review site

They write the review in their own words.

The button opens the connected public review site. The customer chooses the rating there and writes the review themselves.

  • Real review destination

  • Nothing is filled in for them

How it actually works

From setup to a real customer conversation.

01

Job is marked complete

Finishing the job starts the customer-satisfaction workflow.

02

Customer answers the survey

A short message asks whether they are fully satisfied with the completed work.

03

The next step fits the answer

Satisfied customers get the review link. Concerns go back to your team for direct follow-up.

04

The result stays connected

Survey responses, review activity, and private feedback remain attached to the customer and job.

What is included

A complete satisfaction-to-review workflow.

Set the trigger, ask the satisfaction question, connect the review destination, route concerns, and keep every response attached to the job.

Good fit

Yep.

You finish real jobs, care whether customers are satisfied, and want a consistent way to turn great experiences into more reviews.

Bad fit

Nope.

You want bought reviews, rewards for specific ratings, fake feedback, or a setup that ignores the rules of the review platform.

Questions people actually ask

Straight answers before the sales call.

01What happens after the job is complete?

The customer gets a short satisfaction survey. A fully satisfied customer can continue to the public review link. A concern is sent to your team for direct follow-up.

02What if the customer is not fully satisfied?

Their feedback stays private and your team is notified so somebody can respond, understand the problem, and fix what is fixable.

03How many reminders go out?

We set a short reminder sequence with you and stop it when the customer responds or opts out.

04Does every review platform allow the same flow?

No. Review-platform rules differ. For Google, the workflow must not selectively solicit only positive reviews, so we use the compliant version while keeping the satisfaction survey and private follow-up.
